The Le Debarcadere cafe and restaurant is situated in the Rue de Rive by the Geneva lakefront not exactly touching the lake but a few yards from the Terminal de ferry. Very beautiful and lively location and open till late. The menu offers good range of choices except for soups. We ordered the Salade Cesar, Cheese burger and the classic signature Salade Debarcadere (smoked salmon salad with shrimps in white mayonnaise sauce) this was fantastic ! Must try when you are here. The drinks menu is great with all good wines in the offering. The the original Swiss beer Feldschlosschen Braufrisch tasted wonderful but a liter of Bleu water is more expensive than two 2.5 Dl glasses of the beer. But this...
We chose to eat at Le debarcadere because we had been looking for local fish from Lake Geneva. The menu had a large range of fish, meats and also a lot of pizza although it wasn’t suitable for a vegan as the pizza bases contained milk. The food came quickly and tasted great, although the local perch was not quite as good as some non-local perch we had a couple nights earlier. I had a bacon cheeseburger which tasted great and the fries where above standard. The deserts looked impressive but there is an amazing ice-cream shop a minute walk away. An einem Freitagabend kehrte ich ins Restaurant zurück, vor allem um das Filet de Perche zu essen. Es war ein tolles Essen, abgerundet mit einem Schokoladen-Fondant-Dessert. Die Kellnerin (Rita) war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schönes kleines Restaurant. Ich habe dort nicht gegessen, sondern bin einfach zum Kaffeetrinken gegangen, aber die Kellnerin war freundlich und aufmerksam und der Kaffee war gut.
Perfekt! Sehr schönes Ambiente und die Perchesnetze sind hervorragend. Die Einrichtung ist empfehlenswert! Wir gehen regelmäßig dorthin und waren bisher nie enttäuscht...
Lovely little restaurant. Did not eat there as just went on for coffee however waitress was kind and attentive and the coffee good.
