Deblaze At 131 - Tisch reservieren

I took my wife out last night and decided to give DeBlaze at 131 another try. Unfortunately I couldn't get past the menu. I'm not financially destitute or cheap however the prices are outrageous. $60 for a 14oz ribeye, 8oz flat iron $30 and the best is a 34oz tomahawk $120. The seafood was priced similarly.Sorry folks but if I'm spending that kinda scratch, I'll go to Eddie Merlot and get prime for less. Rant over, carry on.

Food was very good, sauces didn't have as much flavor as I'd hoped for. Very fresh, and tasty sandwiches. Really liked the Reuben. Pasta didn't come with bread or salad though. Nice, informative wait staff.Parking: Street parking is not always open, so be prepared to pay at the lot. One of the payment machines was not working, so had to walk to find the other. Pretty inexpensive, though.

Our company hosted Dinner Presentations in this restaurant and we were well pleased. The food was delicious, with unique flare…not “chain restaurant” style which was refreshing. The staff was friendly, and attentive and our guests were raving about their meals. Thank you DeBlaze! You are a bright star among a sky filled with so many dim stars..

Food quality was below the price point, average. Food over seasoned. Service was good. Bus staff needs to dress better for this type restaurant.

Best food I’ve ever had, and they are the perfect serving size. We cleared all the plates
