Debut is one gem in hospitalet. I heard of it during a food festival in L'H. The experience was great especially at the beginning of the service at 1pm. I had a nice starter with a secundo osso buco which were great and very nice portions. Lunch time is tait great to re-evaluate a restaurant in this business time. Great value for money and niceexperience. Only drawback is the bread which is not as good as el brot or el repartidor. But they have really great meals. If you don't have a reservation come early at the beginning of the service. Kids are welcome but place becomes crowdy during the peak hour.
Great food. That should be enough, but topple it with originality in its composition, perfect service and Ignasi, who speaks English like a pro, and Debut Restaurant is a must-go-must-come-back ! You´ll feel like your family cooked for you and catered to your every need, such is the attention to detail that Guillem puts into his work (superb Chef! . Thumbs up all the way!
Excellent restaurant, in the center of Hospitalet, cozy, good atmosphere and good service, but what most strikes me about this place is the desire, the effort to improve, since apart from the Base menu, they offer very refreshing local products, very well prepared portions and very professionalism, highly recommended place to go with friends, family or as a couple
Speechless. Excellent food, high quality and very attentive staff. My favorite dishes were the sardine toast, and the tataky.
