We made reservations here for a birthday celebration. The service was very poor. The waitress was inattentive and we waited for drinks and to order food. Then, when the first course was brought out, they forgot it for one of the guests and we had to flag down someone who wasn’t our waitress because she was nowhere to be found. Then we got our meal and they didn’t bring out one of the other guest’s meals. Two drinks were ordered as well. We flagged down another wait staff (still not our own) and had to ask again before the meal was brought out. We also never got the two drinks. We were all done by the time that meal came out. Our waiter was terrific, very attentive and friendly. This was an off season lunch for 5 girlfriends. The restaurant was practically empty given the time and it being off season. The food was good, not great. Pricing also good, not great.

Excellent food, service, ambience, and value. This was our second visit to Deep Lagoon and it was just as great as the first time. We found Deep Lagoon via a gift card received for a birthday-what a great gift!

This is our second time here and food was excellent however service wasn’t quite as attentive as the first time. All in all we will be back again!
