Firstly, the hostess was absolutely fantastic, and she was quite attractive too! She assisted me with my order, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I enjoyed the ribs, mashed potatoes, and collard greens. I couldn't wait to dig in and started eating before I even got back to the hotel! Everything was incredibly delicious! She mentioned that I should return on a Friday to try the seafood, and I definitely plan to do so! They also offer daily specials, and you can't beat the prices!
This restaurant serves old food every day. The meals you eat on one day of the week will be the same stale food you get the next. I know someone who works there, and they advised me not to eat anything before 5 PM. The staff only consumes food straight off the grill, which is made fresh at that moment. And don't even get me started on the bacon – it’s awful! How can bacon possibly be old at 7 in the morning?
The food was just okay, and the waitstaff seemed exhausted and eager to go home. One of the waiters spilled tea on us, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering we were dressed nicely for the occasion. Additionally, the waiters addressed us using terms like “hun,” “sugg,” and “sweetie,” which felt unprofessional.
The food was tasty, and the delivery person was excellent, but Dees Diner mixed up my order. I requested a pancake and a country ham sandwich, but I received a pancake and just a whole slice of country ham—no sandwich included. The experience was decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The service took a bit longer since it has a self-seating arrangement; if you're not aware of that when you arrive, you'll need to flag down your server. Everything else was just okay.
The gravy was unexpectedly brown for some reason. The brownies can be either really delicious or stale, like the ones I had today. There’s also a 50/50 chance they won’t have any brownies available at all.
The 2 egg plate with bacon for breakfast was delicious just needed a little salt and pepper but was the right temperature and texture.
We visited Dee's on Thursday night, and I ordered the Turkey and Dressing. It was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be returning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
steak couldve came with A1 steak sauce the hashrounds were bland eggs were bland also.....no season
