I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5
First tasting of oysters in the Arcachon Basin, availability of the oyster and demonstration of opening of oysters at our request very willingly. Tasting advice and choice of just revealed products. Very well cooked and quality products, home mayonnaise, bigorneaux and seasoned jobs. Friendliness and good atmosphere at a unique meeting and venue.
