If you’re looking for an exceptional restaurant where you enjoy... it’s here that you have to stop. To start a warm welcome both from the bosses and staff) then you eat .... Like never!!! There’s a choice, the menus are more than correct with exceptional products. Me who loves andouillettes was simply “a slaughter” A net of beef ...exquisite, an aligot to the top. For the cheese tray... there’s no word. Even if you are no longer hungry after all you can’t do anything other than to taste it ....it attracts you in Brief.... the best restaurant of our holiday. Every year during our stay in Lozére we eat in this restaurant. Quality, everything is made in kitchen, quantity..dur to finish everything, the price that did not know the covid, the Ukrainian or other macronite. I'm not a big eater then menu at 18 euros...1 whole melon with verbena liqueur, charcuterie, wine ****, purée, tea tray at will, blueberry pie. The chain of the perfect service, we don't wait and we don't rush, the boss often goes to check that everything is fine. We've never been disappointed, an isolated restaurant still full, that means everything.
An extraordinary experience! This restaurant amazed me at all levels. From the warm welcome, I knew I was going to spend a special moment. The dishes were real gourmet works of art, merging creativity and exquisite flavours. The service was impeccable, attentive without being invasive. Every bite was an explosion of delights. A memorable evening that deserves a lot of five stars!
L'endroit de réfèrence en lozère pour une cuisine familiale parfaite et maitrisée , produits très bien sélèctionnés, divèrsité incroyable du choix, cuisine juste et cuissons impeccables! Always a beautiful welcome provided by Madame Tichit the mistress of the place. Humour and kindness are on the program as well as the attention paid to the well-being of its customers. Very good regional dishes such as frogs persilted, lamb ris mousserons sauce, poached foie gras and fillings have delighted our taste buds (see photos) “Al cop queé be”
A welcome, smiles, attentions and a map and nice and hearty menus. Before the on-line menu dishes, you can always get to the day entrance. Many choices of local products, it is fresh, it is good and very copied and the boss regularly makes the round tables to check if everything is okay. In the week, noon, it was full.
