What a beautiful family-run restaurant. You know you can get authentic Italian pizza here, but you’d never guess that you’d get the whole experience. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, and they make you feel like family. The food is excellent. Doesn’t really need to be said. This is the kind of restaurant you visit when you need to eat great food. It helps that the whole experience feels like a nice, warm hug.
Great new find. Small Italian traditional ristorente with plenty on offer. Large variety of pizza options and many other choices to try.We tried the Caprese pizza with a rocket salad to start followed by the Carbonara and the Penette Bol. Everything was to our liking and we also appreciated the Byo option and the very pleasant staff.We will be back to try many of the other offerings.
Very nice authentic Italian eatery, the panzerotto is awesome!!!! Definitely try it, to share or..not. Pizzas are quite good. What I loved about it is the intimacy of a small restaurant where you get a great service and a chat with the owner. Definitely check it out, my dinner was more than pleasant.
This restaurant is amazing!!!! My partner and I only wish we found it sooner. I'd highly recommend the woodfire pizzas..the base was phenomenal.The atmosphere is a very welcoming family environment, we were even gifted some home made Jam. The sad thing is that we didn’t know Del Monte’s Pizza existed for 2 years Friendly, genuine service. Lovely, thin crust pizza, generous servings of salad, and then holy smoke, divine home made ice cream. Sheesh. Get in to it people : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The best pizza I've had in Melbourne : Seafood pasta is also very delicious with quite a lot of big& small prawns, clams, etc. The best part is that all staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back!
