Today I have gone with my family, in celebration plan, to eat in a special place. After going in the search for a restaurant in madrid, as we all wanted to spend a good day outdoors, in the end we decided to leave the capital, and with the excuse to visit one of the corners that, by the way, we discovered here in minube (the archaeological park of carranque,) we decided to complete it with a good meal in toledo. so if you want to pay a tribute near madrid and with the best views of toledo in front of you, the restaurant of the toledo parador is certainly a good choice. like other spider paradors, the truth is that there is little complaint to say about this site. exquisite food and treatment, at a round table with a wide and complete view. the quality and quantity of the dishes tasted excellent. the presentation and elaboration of the same very well solved. The waiter deal and the head of the room was great. One thing was, he invited us to the cafes in the cafeteria. Excellent view of Toledo, especially at night with the city all lit up. The restaurant was tranquil, nice dinner music, food was original and delicious. Only recommendation is to improve the waiters table setting skills spilled olive oil on the nice table cloth before we got started eating, but were very knowledgeable about the dishes.
this is one of the best restaurants in the network of paradors (sol del repsol guide) in terms of product, processing and personal.
