I placed an order and was about to leave when I noticed some items were missing. I went back inside to inform them, and after asking at least four times about the missing order, they seemed completely clueless and didn't appear to be working on it. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they finally handed me the missing items. Unfortunately, by that time, the rest of the food in the car had gotten cold. Since I needed to get home, we decided to leave anyway. We spent $56.60 on food for a 1.5-hour drive, and I was really disappointed with our visit to Del Taco!
I visited this restaurant twice last month. The first time, I received cold boiled potatoes and questioned how they could serve them like that. On my second visit, I finally got hot, well-done potatoes, but the beans on my nachos and tostada were still cold, not even warm. This used to be an affordable spot for decent fast food, but its quality has really declined. They earn two stars simply because they managed to get my order right, at least!
Who would have thought French fries would be fantastic with tacos?! The fries are terrific and they have lots of choices including burgers. I tried the eight layer veggies burrito this time very tasty! Del Taco is a fave for tasty treats and meals. I am sure you have already been, but if not it is a good place to go if you want a quick bite at fair prices.
Been there twice in the last month. First time got cold undercooked fries, I asked for well done. Second time got well-done hot fries but the beans on my nachos and tostada was really cold, not warm.
