Ordering from the menu. Me: #9 with the cherry splash drink. Cashier: We're no longer sell #9. Or the drink. Me: Then I'll just have the Mexican pizza, and what else do you have to drink? Cashier: We don't sell the pizza Me: what do you have? Cashier: silence) Me: I guess I'll have a burrito Supreme. Do you have any other specialty drinks? Cahier: Silence) Me: I guess not. Casher: please pull up to the 2nd window. This is why they don't deserve $15
I really enjoy this restaurant; the staff is friendly and quick. They jokingly refer to it as "almost food." As for parking, it's satisfactory—I usually go through the drive-thru, and there’s never a long wait in line. It's almost convenient, which makes it work well for me.
literally ordered a beyond burrito with a bunch of stuff for my friends and they couldn't even label which one was beyond. Couldnt eat anything because I didn't know which one didn't have meat. Screw you guys

When I go through drive thru and order 2 regular tacos and get home and open the bag only to find to mini tacos. At least the rest of the order was correct.
Food looked and was delicious. Great customer service from Debbie while heading through drive thru. She was super friendly, energetic, and kind.
