Crayola and her team took excellent care of me on 11/11/22. The cook, a friendly Hispanic woman, was hardworking and the food was absolutely outstanding—beyond a perfect 10/10. Thanks so much, you guys made a tough day much better. I saved money using the app, and the deals are fantastic. I appreciate the drink while I waited. I can't wait to come back when I have more cash!
I visited the Del Taco drive-thru at a Shell Station and had a great experience. The staff were polite and took care of my order promptly. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because all my food was packed tightly in one bag, which made it somewhat difficult to reach everything. However, the food was hot and nicely prepared, so that was a definite plus.

Reason for the 4 out of five stars is because they pack all of my food really tightly in one bag. I don't know if that was on purpose or not, but itdid make it into my food a little difficult. However the food was very hot and well prepared.
I stopped by at 2 a.m. to use the restroom, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff kindly let me use the restroom without expecting a purchase, which was a considerate gesture. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Del Taco located inside a gas station while driving on the highway. It proved to be a convenient and enjoyable place to grab a quick meal before hitting the road again. Having a fast-food Del Taco combined with a fuel station is a brilliant concept!
food was cold. cheese wasn?t even melted the whole sandwich was cold to the touch. queso tasted like it came from the freezer. tasted like a left over sandwich. also missing two tacos with my order. 3rd time this has happened. don?t recommend go somewhereelse.
This location sucks im sitting my car for 15min now behind a car that was told not to pull to the window cause it would set the workers timer off. This is the 2nd location the Covina area that is that the service soo horible.
