My experience started off well with a quick delivery of my order. The Epic Cali Bacon burrito was, as always, delicious. Then something caught my eye: a new drink that looked intriguing, so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did, as it turned out to be fantastic! It has a nice spicy kick to it, and I highly recommend you try it for yourself. It’s kind of like a Sprite, perfect for those warm days.
I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru! The employee was extremely rude. While I was trying to put my card away, she yelled at me to move along. It was really frustrating! Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rudeness from the staff; they always seem rushed and impatient during my visits, and my order is consistently incorrect.
They charge you 25 cents for extra sauce, but they really do not give you extra sauce, so my burritos were dry like mud. They do not answer their phone at all to fix the problem...Go somewhere else. Food quality is not good but they wanna rob you with the price. Employees are rude, need more training in better customer service especially drive thru.
The food here is outstanding, but the service can be hit or miss. I usually go in the evening to use the drive-thru. I've never had any missing items from my order, but recently, I ordered a chicken burrito and ended up with a Del Burger instead. I hope this was just a rare mistake for others. Yelp: 100 / 60 To be honest, the only great thing about this restaurant is that it's open 24 hours. It's perfect for those late-night moments when you’re feeling a bit buzzed.
I would definitely recommend trying the chili cheese fries or the bold burrito from the secret menu, which features a special sauce and French fries inside.
Drive thru refuses to give you your order. They say to use a pin code on the box outside but there is no such pin code. Terrible system terrible

The only reason to eat at Del Taco is if you've had a bit too much to drink and are craving a late-night snack.
