Did not eat here... I imagine it tastes the same as any other Del Taco. The review is for the service. 1 truck in the drive-through and no one inside. As I came in, an employee came from behind the counter and cut in front of me to make his own order. The other employee took his order, which took approx 3 min cause he didn't know what he wanted and afterwards, they both left the counter, not a word said to me, like BRB or sorry it will be a minute. There was literally zero interaction between either employee and myself. I stood at the counter for an additional 3 min with still no acknowledgment that there was even a customer in the restaurant. I left and went to the one in Layton instead......
I like this place in general, but this location not so much. This time and the previous time, one particular was very rude and gave me an attitude. On top of that, because the employees were more focused on the window, and saw me and my mom walk in, they didn't acknowledge us until we had been there a couple of minutes, it then took a couple more minutes before we were waited on. I was actually getting ready to walk out when the rude employee came to wait on me. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon. If you do go here make sure you go to the window, since they make that their number 1 focus, and don't ask any questions, since they give attitude when you ask one.
One of the guys I think he was doing the front counter or preparing the food. He shorthanded me on my order when I ordered two fries I only received one and when I brought it to his attention more than once, he told me that he was right, even though he was wrong about my order. Luckily the only way this was resolved was because the on duty supervisor/manager listened to me.
Horrible management! I've never seen this person flirt with her employees this hard. She is a 40-ish old woman! She has no shame! How embarrassing! If I can recall the employee calling her Stella?
