Hmmmm. I grew up eating Del Taco-the 3rd restaurant in the chain was one of the first fast-food places to open up in Lancaster, where I grew up, and I dated an shift manager there for a while in my younger days, so I learned a bit about how the company operates...and that leads to what I've got to say in my review.<br/ <br/ First of all, this place is shoe-horned into an available lot at the corner of San Juan and Greenback-it looks like it's part of a larger shopping center on that corner, but you realize when trying to navigate in and out that thick hedges separate the two parking areas, with NO openings between the two. Inside, because the place was built to fit the lot, the seating areas...
Well I just went to this Del taco for the last time. When I asked the guy in the window for a bunch of napkins he gave me two. I feel like the service at this establishment has gone downhill. It used to be better food the service used to be better too. I just ordered a large fry they didn’t ask me if I wanted to ketchup and they didn’t give me any. I also did not receive a receipt. Honestly I really love Del tacos food but I won’t go back to this facility for at least six months. Do not buy the quesadilla taco. It’s not worth the money and they don’t really put very much cheese in the quesadilla.
Do not EVER go to this location, for any reason. You will be absolutely disappointed. We waited an entire hour in the drive-through, and NONE of the items that we ordered that LITERALLY have guacamole in the name had any guacamole in them, even though we were charged for those items. Are you absolutely kidding me?? The people who were working at this location are absolutely idiots. Even if they were out of guacamole, we were never told. We will never be returning to this location and you should never come here either.
My visit here was great the food is always delicious, even tho I can't drive my 9ft tall van in the drive threw it was nice the lobby was open and I was able to get the great items I love which are the 2 Classic Chicken Burritos and the best crinkle cut fires with the perfect amount and a one temp! Overall great visit and glad one of my favorite locations of fast food was open and had enough staff to accommodate the crazy times Much Appreciated!!

The tenders are pretty nasty! They’re not really MEATY, the texture is of Tyson chicken nuggets with the flavor of Burger Kings nuggets. The fries were pretty bland and not salted, but it’s alright if you eat the tenders and the fries together. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this meal. But it’s tasty if you’re really hungry.
I was pleasantly surprised. My first experience at Del Taco was excellent. The tortillas and beans were fresh, and the green sauce was delicious—way better than Taco Bell. Additionally, the lady at the register was beautiful and incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning!
Awesome staff very friendly. Food high quality very tasty healthy. Also Del Taco has the best French fries. One thing you have to have is allot of patience there busy and understaffed not there fault. I go when I have a few bucks to get a bean and cheese burrito with red sauce
We visited this restaurant to pick up dinner for the entire family. We ordered chicken and beef soft tacos, burritos, fish tacos, and shrimp burritos. Everything we had was really delicious. We definitely prefer this Mexican food to any Taco Bell!

Took half an hour for them to take care of three cars, I had to correct my order twice with them. Cashier was walking around with a vape, seemed very high. Wouldn't be a problem for me if they were working at an appropriate speed.
Excellent job. Beans hot and fresh. Bean Cheese Burrito with Red Sauce was del The Del Taco was freshly made. Kids love the 3 Pc. Crispy Chicken Fries Box! Thank you Del taco team!
