While on a road trip in search of a good lunch spot after a disappointing breakfast, we stumbled upon Délice and were pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and quick. We ordered the Niçoise salad, which was tasty even though it didn't have seared tuna and wasn't served on a bed of lettuce. We also tried the French onion soup and a Brie bacon quiche, both of which were delicious. We couldn't resist grabbing some pastries to go, and were impressed by the tart lemon custard and creamy cheesecake. They seated us in the room in the back with two other families. We sat there for a while and decided that since nobody maybe they forgot there were people back there. So we found a different table in the main area. When we were ordering, I asked if I could get an English muffin for my choice of bread and she said no but I could substitute it for a croissant. My wife thought that sounded good to her so that’s what she ordered. When we got the bill there was a $3.60 upcharge for the croissant. That doesn’t sound like a substitution to me. Also, the food was mediocre.

The pastries are pretty good, but I had a discouraging experience with a server that made me question ever going back. He took my order, brought me food, and then totally forgot about me after that. Other tables had their checks brought to their tables, but after waiting a long (long) time, with him seemingly ignoring me, I just went up the counter to pay, where he was just standing there (and another server nudged him to even acknowledge my existence). The panini we ordered with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella on focaccia was delicious and served quickly. I should have gotten the whole sandwich instead of just a half. The desserts were also amazing. However, I wasn't a fan of their macarons. Overall, the dining experience was top-notch and we will definitely be returning. Service was friendly and the meal type was breakfast.
The desserts at this restaurant are both delicious and stunning. They remind me of Gourmandise vibes. The best birthday cake we've had here was a light and airy passion fruit mousse cake - it had a unique but not overpowering flavor, and was perfect for sharing. It's my favorite dessert here and always leaves me wanting more! The fruit tarts are also gorgeous and tasty.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My daughter went with a friend and kept telling me we had to go, so I finally did tonight. I am so glad I listened to her, and I will definitely be going back. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic! We also ordered takeout for home and it was equally amazing.
My daughter claims that the macaroni and cheese here is the best she's ever had and wants it all the time. In addition to the delicious French dishes such as quiche Lorraine and French toast for breakfast. I will definitely be returning soon for the hot chocolate, which I hear is fantastic. I recently tried the brunch takeout from this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50, but the quality of the food definitely exceeded the cost.
