Leggere che il ristorante sia ricordato (anche sulla guida Michelin per aver ospitato le riprese di un film con Romy Schneider, Vieux fusil (il cui titolo in italiano Frau Marlene vi porterà decisamente fuori strada: non pranzerete infatti in un locale che si autocelebra, ma in un ristorante con una discreta inventiva in cucina e una buona ricerca degli ingredienti. I clienti vengono accolti da uno straordinario amouse-bouche fatto con uovo, bacon e vino; a seguire io ho ordinato la noisette d 'agnello arrostita all 'aglio che ho trovato straordinariamente gustosa. Poi ho anche preso un dessert, anch 'esso molto buono, un tortino di cioccolata con frutta secca e candita servito con del gelat...
Un menu à 38€ avec en entrée un foie gras extra un dos de cabillaud accompagné d une purée de carottes excellent et pour finir un dessert avec madeleine glace et fruits un vrai régal sans oublier en guise de bienvenue une verrine d avocat saumon tout était parfait. Une salle épurée jolie déco. Un petit plus ma chienne a été la bienvenue.
