Where to start. First of all, This place is understaffed. The lady in charge is very nice but you will wait while empty tables sit there. Badly run. Dirty - glasses, mugs, syrup bottles filthy. So probably short staffed in the kitchen too. Again badly run. The food: avocado bagel had about a twentieth of an avocado in there. Sucks when you ask for no egg and no bacon in there and they cheap out on the avocado. And they put a small piece of bacon even tho we said no bacon. Chef has no concept of value. Ordered toast and they put salted margarine on it - salt with peanut butter and jam? Oh and packaged jam too. Not good. Cafe latte had no foam on top- lifeless no love in it. Hard to believe th...
We have left Saint Lazarus for two years and we enjoyed eating well on occasion at this little restaurant. We were disappointed. the freshness of the fruits and vegetables were to be desired. The service was slow. My husband took the cobb club. He was good. I ordered poached eggs with portobello mushrooms on rocket. The rocket was faded. The fruit was brown. They weren't fresh. That dish wasn't my taste. the restaurant did not retain its antique quality.

Every out of town, as well as many in town, visitor is treated to a trip to Delices et Cafe.Great food, friendly service, quaint ambiance, terrasse seating during the more accommodating days...I recommend this lovely little jewel to everyone.

very pleasant and casual place for lunch or dinner. the breakfast menu is very varied and elaborate. The food is really excellent. everything is made home including the pastries. terrace available. The staff is smiling and courteous. We were able to take all our time without feeling pushed to the door. we recommend it without hesitation!

I visited this restaurant for a lunch on my thumb when I moved. I took the special of the noon soup/sandwich to bring. It was really delicious the atmosphere is charming. only flat: the high price compared to similar places.

Great place with friendly people. The food is excellent. The owner takes care of her clients and will change the menu to accommodate different taste.
