I’ve never eat here again. The food is mid and last time I ate with my wife inside the restaurant I had ordered 2 quesabrothers side of consome and a plate of birria which obviously includes a side of consome after the dude brought our food he had said only one soup was ordered but what about the one that came with the Birria plate? Brought an extra one and as soon as we walked out the door he called me back and said “you didn’t pay for the consome it will be $5.71 “ **** $5.71 for some soup with no meat? Told my wife I’d never come here again and I’ve spent some pretty good money here.
I absolutely love Mexican food, especially from Hawaiian Gardens where they understand the assignment. However, one of the biggest hurdles we (non-Spanish speaking patrons) face is the fact we have to constantly ask What is that ? A few English words would be so helpful. It 's intimidating sometimes. I had to turn around and walk out after they seemed to be annoyed with my questions.
First of all, the service was incredible! I loved the vibrant atmosphere, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The food is exceptional! From the handmade tortillas to the refreshing aguas frescas, everything tastes authentic. It’s definitely worth every penny, so don’t listen to the other reviews. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
Unfortunately, I drove by today and noticed that they seem to be permanently closed. I'm leaving a five-star review for the delicious food they served and the friendly service I always received. It's truly heartbreaking to see a small business not make it.

Small establishment with favors bursting out the doors. I ordered the chilaquiles with green sauce! WOW!! It's all I can say. The beans cooked perfect not too many salty and not too thick. The chilaquiles were delicious
Has this restaurant changed their phone number? Every time I try to call, I get a message saying the number is no longer in service.
I’m going to really miss this place! The food was excellent! I hope they’re relocating, but it seems like they’ve closed down. :
The barbacoa and consomé were excellent. The birria was just okay, but the breakfast burrito with chorizo was fantastic!
