The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was disappointing. The only friendly staff member was a middle-aged African American waiter who mistakenly thought he was serving our table, and I truly wished he had been assigned to us. I had my three hungry children with me, and despite doing my best to stay calm, the chaos and negativity around us were overwhelming.
When our food finally arrived, the milkshakes were melted, suggesting the machine might have been broken or the drinks had been left under heat lamps for too long. The pancakes were also served with melted whipped cream. The entire experience felt disorganized and uninviting.

It’s a Denny’s, so you have certain expectations. You expect to have warm food. You expect it to be pretty good. You expect to have average service. You expect to wait a while. And yes, we had to wait a little bit. We had to request straws several times and never got them. We ordered the pot roast and the meat was fine, but the vegetables were frozen. We could not get our waitresses attention, in spite of the fact there was only one other table that was sat at the restaurant. We usually enjoy eating to Dennys however we are on vacation or in Las Vegas where we leave but this experience was one of the worse one. Our server (I will not say her name) was like the weather today “freezing”. Not friendly at all. We never had refell of our drinks. When she was coming to the table she was not talking. We just had one “you’re welcome” but it was a huge effort!!! When we asked for the bill it took a while to get it and when he arrived to pay, we usually never checked we noticed that was the wrong table and of course the amount was $10 higher than what we ordered l. I do not recommend this Denny’s at all and I will never come back!!!
Food was not good initially. I had a very good omlette, but my daughters food, which was a chicken fried steak, was cooked from frozen meat, so it was not good. The mashed potatoes were cold when served. However, when we told our server Brenda about the food, the manager John immediately visited our table, and he offered to either reimburse the meal, recook it, or cook something different. We opted for them to make cinnamon roll pancakes, which were incredible. They even took the chicken fried steak off the ticket and charged the new amount for the pancakes, which was fair. Customer service was excellent, and we plan on returning. Thank you!

I visited Dallas several times last month and discovered a local Denny's. I was truly impressed by how great my experience was each time. John and Nikki made my visits especially enjoyable. They were friendly and polite, making sure all my needs were met. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for an affordable, delicious breakfast and a chance to chat with some wonderful people!
We visited this restaurant and had to wait a long time for our food. When my burger finally arrived, I was concerned because the meat appeared to be undercooked, showing some pink in the center. Additionally, I witnessed two employees arguing; one of them was unhelpful and the service was quite slow overall. I hope Denny's can improve and enhance the dining experience. Our waiter, however, truly deserves a promotion for his efforts.
Tanya the server was great help today. We like her service. The food was excellent. The restaurant was kept clean. Restrooms were clean and stocked. We were greater right away. Coffee was fresh. Parking lot was clean. Landscape was neat and well maintained. We will be back.
It wasn't safe at many places tonight if it was open, but it was Ashley our server. She remembered our order and the chefs swell. It was great. She is a sweet girl and excellent server that I could give this place 10 stars. Parking: Parking near the entrance

This has been the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered in my life!!! The server was also flirting with underaged women. Absolutely disgusting. We were also served drinks in dirty cups. Me my group are traumatized. 12/21/2022
I guess your chef has a problem with his or her taste buds. Chicken as salty as hell! Egg has no salt. . Vegetables overcooked. What a terrible meal !! ?
