We were there on 10/16/22 with a party of 10. Now I understand we were a large party. We were told they had a large booth for us, that just needed to be cleared off. So we stepped out of the way and waited for them clear the table and be called. We waited 20 minutes for that table to be cleared. When one of our party went in to ask, she was told they 'd forgotten to call us. We got seated, and received our drink orders pretty quickly. But not so for our food. After waiting more than 45 minutes for our food, I went to ask somebody about it and also to ask for drink refills since our waitress had not been back to the table in that entire time to check on us. I came and sat at my first table when I saw a cockroach crawling around the window near me and coming closer, we ask the waiter to move us, and she didn't even do anything about the cockroach that moved us to a second table that we later crawled more than 2 cockroaches over our booths where we were sitting when I called the manager. Even on Thanksgiving morning I was still able to grab a GRAND SLAM BREAKFAST. Swift and courteous, professional and friendly this team of people make Denny's a Denny's. When the people hold the line and create a standard only then does the establishment's name truly retain its glory.You gals did an EXCELLENT JOB of being professional and positive thus creating a warm and welcoming environment that I will return to time and time again. The food was terrible! We went to dinner and ordered burgers and pommes and a steak dinner. The burger was boiled and poured out with red juice! The barley gave us Fritten! The waiter was rude! Came to eat breaskfast here today with Family. They serve good Pancakes and Coffee. Place was clean. Masks are required when you come in. The waiter was very nice. Would recommend this place to my friends. Will come back again with Family.
Terrible service all around. The restaurant is always dirty and the team members will stand around and ignore as soon as you walk in. It's more than likely you're guaranteed you'll get food poisoning if you eat here. TERRIBLE!!!
