Honestly really sh *. I got their hamb and fries combo, which took minutes longer than the couple I was told it would be. I recieved it on an actual soggy bun (must have been microwaved from the freezer), with a dry patty, and a...whopping fried diced onion squares smaller than my pinky nail. This was their big fancy topping. Other than that, standard ketchup, mustard, and relish. I asked if they had any pickles, and was met with a look of confusion, AS IF I HADN'T JUST WALKED INTO A BURGER PLACE, and was told well yeah the relish Thank god their lunch special came to with the addition of a small gravy otherwise my experience with the fries would have been bland to nasty as well. I went in for their pressure fried chicken, while there I over heard the cook talking to the server in the kitchen. The cook had dropped the burger on the floor. The server said, "You cant serve that" the cook laughed and said ofcourse i can, ran it under some water, put it back on the griddle for a moment and as I stood there waiting for my chicken the burger was served with fries to someone sitting in the restaurant. I immediately requested my money back, told the patron that the burger was on the floor and left immediately. Freakin disgusting....
I absolutely adore their fish and chips! The gravy is perfect, the dressing is superb, and the fries are crispy! The fish is fantastic as well! We ordered our food and received it within minutes. The restaurant is housed in an older building that has stood the test of time. If you're craving a deliciously greasy meal, this is the place to go! I will definitely recommend and return!
Been a long tradition in CBS. It is your typical greasy spoon and fits the stereotype in every way. It really needs a big cleaning and updating. I feel some of the recipes have changed but not all for the better. The staff are friendly.

This restaurant serves the best fish and chips! The fries, dressing, and gravy are all made from scratch. The gravy is a delicious combination of turkey and beef, made from the meat they roast in-house.
The food is really good. Service is Meh...If possible, call ahead and order. Every time I have ordered here the food was really good. Prices are on par with other fast food take outs. 4****'s from me.
