First experience in a Belambra club for our part, and discovery of this resort as well. The positive points: Very nice club recently renovated so quality services for a 5B. It is ideally located for skiers with the chairlift departure right next door. It is located high above the resort and benefits from a nice view of the mountains and the area. For non-skiers, there is the possibility of taking the shuttles which pass just below the club, and also the possibility of reaching the village on foot for walkers because it is not necessarily very far. Hotel renovated on the heights of Les Deux Alpes, close to the village chairlift. We were accustomed to the Mercure hotel that was bought by the Belambra group. The renovation is successful with the acquisition and development of the pool and better integration at the site. The hotel and the rooms are comfortable, the decoration is rather pleasant. The direct access to the large swimming pool, to the slopes by the ski room is really convenient. The staff is generally welcoming but seems to be outdated by the world and understaffed. We spent 10 days at the Crests during Christmas holidays. We arrived on 23 December 2023, the day after the opening of this completely renovated hotel club, which is the first 5B hotel opened for a very long time by the Belambra group. At the beginning, we kind of wiped the plasters (untempestive fire alarm, closed sauna, closed elevators, etc., but things gradually came back in order. Customer information was also perfectible. However, there are two real communications errors regarding this hotel: unlike what is written on the website, there is no hammam and the accompanying children to the ESF courses is only valid for morning classes. Great experience! Top staff!!! Welcome to the top! 4 stars for the rooms because the bed was for me (I am demanding) a little too hard... otherwise for the rest nickel in the room. Brand new and well-designed. Enough storage space for clothes for a family of 4!
