The building is very well refurbished and overall the decoration neat and practical. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are equipped with substantial storages which is very convenient when you bring back all the necessary clothes to ski and a week of life on holiday. The bathroom is bright and well heated. We had to be the first customers to arrive at the hotel. I give a 5 star rating to this hotel but it has so much to improve. Let's first talk about benefits. 1. This is the only hotel we have found in the region that allows skiing in and ski out. The ski room exit is the chairlift of the village. This is something that no other hotel in the region can do. We spent 10 days at the Crests during Christmas holidays. We arrived on 23 December 2023, the day after the opening of this completely renovated hotel club, which is the first 5B hotel opened for a very long time by the Belambra group. At the beginning, we kind of wiped the plasters (untempestive fire alarm, closed sauna, closed elevators, etc., but things gradually came back in order. Customer information was also perfectible. Advantages: beautiful room, nice storage, very nice hotel deco, varied kitchen, ski returns are top as well (damage it is not on the terrace when it is beautiful). The team is very polite and the animation is very well too!
