Exceptional. A real restaurant that serves very well prepared Corsican products. The atmosphere is warm, the impeccable service and the waitress of extreme kindness, which takes the time to chat with you. Charcuterie, beans, guts everything was very good (restaurant spokesman) Special mention for the chestnut cake that is made with chestnut flour and not brown cream. Really a treat I still live. I did not find any equivalent on the surroundings, for me it is essential. Traditional Corsican recipes, generous family cuisine. We're far from the city's tourist catch. A real pleasure to have shared your table once again. We'll come back as always.
The Corsica and all its authenticity, all dishes are concocted with passion, the charcuterie made by the boss is succulent, a divine recipe for the tripettes, a lost caramel bread that makes you want to take it back 3 times. a warm welcome and a service to perfection .. a passionate boss very human and very generous .. thank you for everything and especially for the tasting of all these small digestives made home that amazed us all our senses .. we will return without hesitation for our next stay in Corsica. thanks to the whole team
