This restaurant would be considered a good dining experience in any capital city. Well prepared and presented meals and as good service as ever received. Trout entree had trout prepared ways. Spouse had white asparagus with local ham. Asparagus was sausage sized shoots....Both meals had interesting flavor combinations. My pork was perfectly prepared on a bed of something and topped off by Crispy fixings. Delicious. Way above standards for a small remote tourist town. Not just well prepared local food but a culinary experience.
By far, the best food experience we had in Argelès-Gazost. The food was great, both in taste and presentation. Little attentions such as Mise en bouche and sweet treats at the end of the meal, so even if you don't have room for a dessert,...you can finish on a sweet note. The kids menu was outstanding and a healthy option! A nice change from your classical nuggets and fries. The staff was also very nice and customer oriented, which is quite rare in France nowadays ... We'll definitely come back here.
The tuna main course served with peas, was excellent. Prepared just right (not over cooked). Bread was delicious. The appetizer of vegetable wraps, sushi style tuna squares, and tiny tomatoes was also well presented and good. Service was very efficient and friendly. Wine list was...a little disappointing for us but the hostess was knowledgeable and suggested a very good Gascogne white. Good value.
Lovely spacious and stylish dining room. Friendly, professional staff. Excellent and inventive cooking. The course set meal for is an absolute bargain. Well priced wine list and an amazing selection of top notch armagnac at prices that won’t break the bank. We ate...here twice and both meals were the culinary highlights of our holiday in the Pyrenees.

Highly recommend this restaurant in Argelès-Gazost. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff and cater for vegetarians. The dishes are so well presented and wine selection is superb. The lady who I think is the owner/co owner explains the dishes before you order. Would love to go...back again.
this restaurant is a very good table in Argelès-Gazost. the menu of the day is an excellent value for money with careful and quality cuisine. a note the electric charging station accessible to the guests of the restaurant.
We had a good time. burgers were delicious, we came with our half-year-old girl who is delighted as much as we did. service and restoration were perfect. I recommend that the eyes be closed. A place not to be missed.
