We’ve been visiting this place since the pandemic, and the new owners have really transformed the physical space and atmosphere. The addition of music and karaoke on certain nights, along with the fantastic new beer garden, is just the cherry on top. However, the food suffers from inconsistency. The BBQ can be overly salty at times, and the coleslaw has a different flavor every visit. Most recently, there was a noticeable difference in the pizza; one time it was a thin crust with plenty of sauce, and the next it was a thicker crust with hardly any sauce. This variation may be due to staff turnover, but who knows?
To address your comments: it’s unacceptable for you to react negatively to my review. Instead of being defensive, you should appreciate that I acknowledged your food positively. Regarding the incident outside, I was not blocking anyone's exit—one of your patrons could have left without causing a scene. It's frustrating that this situation escalated just as I arrived. The way it unfolded, with employees laughing and gossiping instead of maintaining professionalism, was quite disappointing. Thank you for your attention.
I had the pulled pork sliders and they were awesome! The service was fast and friendly. Both the owner and manager took time to come talk with us and ask where we were from and how we heard about the Dew Drop In. They had the basketball game on the TV, later in the evening they have live music. Definitely stop by this place for lunch or dinner and a few drinks.
This local spot is amazing! After a day at the lake, it has everything you could want. The ribs and smoked salmon are exquisite, and the banana pudding is delightful. Don’t miss the live music on the back patio deck!
Dry BBQ....yukIt wasn't lack of sauce. The BBQ tasted old and dry tge sauce was ok but the Q tasted like it was old and warmed in a microwave.
very nice people loved this place the people were friendly and the food was awesome. Try the sweet Melissa its great. Good bands too.
It has great food (amazing brisket) , good beer, a friendly staff and live music. Its a ine stop shop...no need to look any further.
