This is not a normal fed ex location. I saw it on google maps, showed up, and was told it was by appointment only. I was also told that it says that on google. I pulled up google maps and showed her that it did not say anything about appointments and she scrolled through wanting to prove to me that it was listed there. It was not listed, and I recommend she add it. She then pulled it up on her own phone to show me that it was indeed listed on another site. She proceeded to help me but then at the end mentioned again that I should make an appointment in the future. I said I will go to a normal location.
