We visited the Snack Bar on a Sunday for their Bangladeshi cuisine and had an amazing experience. We tried the phuchka and the mughlai porota, both of which were outstanding. We also ordered the Morog Polao, last Sunday’s special, as a takeaway, and it was superb as well. There were no complaints about the food whatsoever. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the timing; when they say an order will take 20 minutes, it shouldn't take 45. We were okay with the wait this time, which is why I'm giving a 5-star rating, but other customers might not be as patient.
Fabulous food and service... the love and skill that goes into every dish is evident! The mint chutney (creamy sweetness) accompanying the pakoras is to die for... and the Adrakhi Chapen (lamb rack) was a treat... along with the other lovely curries we ordered so many more dishes to taste in the future!
The Bangladeshi savory dishes here are amazing! We tried the Mughlai paratha, Chotpoti, and Biriyani, and they were all outstanding. The service was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!
