I just tasted the galette of kings (frangipane version) for people. Overall the recipe is good, the cake is well-stocked (see photo) with authentic frangipane and well-controlled cooking. As for the bean it is a good surprise, not wishing to spoil I leave everyone the discovery. one feels the technicality in the realization that gives a very well designed galette. the price is in keeping with the quality. So I recommend this pastry.

this pastry bakery is located between the collegial Saint-vulfran and the sum, in the rue saint vulfran. There are excellent products. Pastry is very good, light and delicious. The pastries are real pastries! They are excellent and delicious. bread is very good too and it is not a trade mark. Their rabbit is fabulous. Of course, one of the best pastry shops on abbeville I know.

Here we still find true bread, succulent patisseries and very good Viennese. I recommend the special house abbey, a real killing!
