Food was decent, but their service needs a serious improvement. One of the servers (a middle aged waitress) was extremely rude to me and my family simply because she didn't like us speaking English (my wife and child are fully bilingual, but we were speaking English amongst ourselves since I don't speak French). The waitress repeatedly insulted us behind our back by making fun of us in conversation with other customers near our table. She probably assumed my wife and child wouldn't understand French well enough to understand what she was saying. The whole experience became disgusting due to the presence of the ill-natured staff. Great restaurant with fantastic service. We went as a large family birthday, and it was large. The staff was fantastic, especially the server that was not only a professional but very entertaining as well. The food was incredible. There was not one disappointing dish or person in the place. As for the price comparisons with the rising restaurant costs it was very reasonable You must make reservations as this is a busy place. We will go back to be sure. Cheers
My friend ordered coqiulle St Jacque and allowed another friend to have a taste. they both got food poisoning and were extremely Ill. they put plastic water bottles at everyone’s place. If, for some reason, they had to use plastic they could have at least put it in a glass. We would not recommend this restaurant.
Beautiful intimate place, very attentive staff, excellent service. As for the food... impeccable, everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. The meal was delicious, the service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was warm. The price was also very reasonable, costing about $100 for two people with drinks.
I had the snails as a starter and it was excellent! I also loved the terrace. I did not know that such a beautiful terrace was present in Granby. I was however a little disappointed with the service.
The presentation was very nice and the ingredients were good, but it didn't quite have the wow factor I was hoping for, especially considering the price. The Arancini was very good though!
