My second visit, however, was disappointing. I was moved from my booth after placing my order because it was reserved for a Super Bowl event, even though the Bears weren’t playing, which didn’t matter to me. Then, when I was seated at a table, the chair fell apart! I wish I had pretended to slip and fall just for the comedy of it. I’ve been there several times, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. I go there for happy hour and the delicious wings, but the service really needs improvement.
