Diana's is a fantastic hidden gem of a hot dog spot located in a plaza on the east side of Schmale Road near North Avenue. Despite its small size and relatively low profile, the food here is top-notch! I decided to go with the special, which included two hot dogs, fries, and a drink, all for just $8.50 before taxes. The food was served promptly, piping hot, and the staff were very welcoming. If you're in the mood for a fast and delicious meal in Carol Stream, you can't go wrong with Diana's!
Welcoming place. Large food menu. I had ordered a Philly, based on recommendation from gentleman taking my order. Unfortunately, what i received was not a Philly Cheesesteak. It was their rendition with a chopped steak, peppers, onions, shredded mozzarella, on toasted garlic bread. However, this was a good steak sandwich. Not a Philly though!
I have visited this restaurant in the past and had a positive experience. However, this time when I got home and looked at my hot dog, it appeared as though the chef had deliberately mishandled it before wrapping it up. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is family-owned with a friendly and helpful staff who are easy to converse with and will make you smile. The food is fantastic and I have been a loyal customer for years.
Gyro was delicious and so stuffed with meat I couldn't even finish it. The sauce was delicious too and I also got a Chicago dog to taste and it was great.
This is a little place but if your tight up with cash this is the place for you and the food is great for the price and they are fast.
