I?m a Roslyn resident and I come to Diane?s all the time for coffee and baked goods, at least once a week. I invited new moms and dads from the Roslyn school today for a gathering at Diane?s this morning to support local business. We had about 12 people. Sat outside at the patio where the shaded area was. It is disappointing that this bakery has chosen to employ a manager whose behavior is consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. This morning, I reached my limit. From a distance, I witnessed the manager treating a long-standing customer with blatant discourtesy over what appeared to be a simple misunderstanding. As a manager, it is her responsibility to handle such situations professionally and work towards an amicable resolution, yet she failed to do so. What a stunning location! The iced coffee was fantastic, and they offer non-dairy milk options. Everything on the menu looked beautiful and delicious, making it hard to choose! I finally went with the berry cheesecake, which was incredible. We also enjoyed bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast wraps, and everything was great.

This place is almost an institution. My 2 stars review reflects the rigidity of the offerings. I need to be gluten free. When I asked them do they offer gluten free items. They looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. They need to get with the times.
This is definitely one of my favorite places in Roslyn! Diane's bakery is my top choice for a little indulgence when I'm in the mood to treat myself. Just make sure to squeeze in a few extra crunches at the gym the next day, and I guarantee it will be worth it!
Another staple around the holidays and through the year! We love their cookies, pies, cakes, and desserts! Also, their breakfast and lunch! Everything is fantastic, but we adore her pecan pie! Try it, you won't regret it!
Excellent desserts and casual fare..easy parking... You can get so many wonderful things there freshly made for lunch and the dessert is always outstanding
