After passing this location in Freeport many times since they opened, finally stopped in for lunch. Saw a great choice since it was an alternative to a sandwich. The Giant Baker with Meat. This is a baked potato with what was realized burnt ends (brisket) and other toppings, sour cream, butter and cheese all for $15.00. I expected a giant potato smothered with the meat and toppings. After all $15.00. What I got was a potato that was on the small side or in other words hardly Giant and a few pieces of chopped up meat a small dollop of sour cream and a sparsely sprinkle of shredded cheese. This place was showing as open on Sunday evening so I placed an online order. Had confirmation the order was accepted and a pick up time was given. When I got there the place was closed down. I met several others who had placed online orders and found a closed store as well.Not sure how the food is but this was disappointing. Make double sure this place is open when you order online. It showed up as open on Google as well as their ordering site Menufy.

Ok the food is good I?m not going to lie, but the customer service on various occasions has been horrendous. From being literally ignored by staff in an empty store to watching staff verbally and almost physically assault an Uber driver a few weeks ago, this place should shut down and regroup before they face a lawsuit.
I absolutely love the barbecue brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket is incredibly tender and delicious, while the fries are always made fresh, ensuring they are hot and crispy. The service is very friendly and quick. Plus, you get complimentary soft serve ice cream after your meal!
Finally got to try this place and this is definitely some good bbq food! Almost like a five guys but for bbq food really high quality ingredients fresh food and everything was delicious from the brisket to the sides everything was great can?t wait to go back!
I've visited the Freeport, NU location four times, and each time they've had a limited menu. If you want to succeed in business, it's essential to have the items listed on your menu available. I’ve decided to look for BBQ options elsewhere from now on.
