We had a terrible experience here the other night. I have been to other Dickey’s many times, and this one a few times (though probably not in a year). Worst barbecue I've ever had! Not only was my portions were poorly given, I order over 50 dollars worth of worthless food. Called management this morning and explained that I'm a new customer and my experience and food were bad. Instead of telling they were going to fix my order and make it right. That was not the case, the owner/management told me that they weren't going to refund, or replace my order. WOW. Ordered UberEats. They got my entire order wrong. I ordered the Westerner sandwich with sliced brisket and chicken breast and they gave me pulled pork and Jalapeño cheddar kielbasa instead. I could understand if they don't have certain items but please do not substitute them with other items in case people have allergies. So order 2 3 meat plates through uber eats, mistake number 1! 2nd missing sides for one of the meals. 3rd, this is the driest BBQ I've eaten the ribs tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Chicken chewy and brisket inedible! Won't eat at Dickys again. At least not in Illinois. May try once I'm back in Texas but won't guarantee that!

Thank you for being exactly who you are! If you need a tasty place to get some bomb bbq, l then pick this place, for the customer service alone!
I'm just confused. I understand being short staffed but being completely careless in preparing food is uncalled for. A complete waste of money…will not be returning. Sauces have a strange smell to them, cheese on dishes isn't even melted. Ridiculous
