Wow what can I say the service was horrible the dude that took my order was on his personal phone for like 5 minutes before he came to take our order. Spent 95.00 dollars for 3 drinks a burger with fries that look like they were cooked in motor oil both times because the first time we got them they were cold,brisket burrito, two meat combo and half rack of ribs with mash potatoes that we never got and then there was the 27 minute wait to get the food, on a Sunday around 5:30pm the only good thing was the brisket was ok to much fat left on it but ok and the ribs were fantastic. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I spoke with an African American woman and requested to pre-order a pre-cooked turkey. She instructed me to place my order online. When I went to pick up the turkey, it turned out it wasn't cooked. I can't believe the lack of attention to detail! This is really unprofessional and disappointing. Who is responsible for hiring these staff members? The service was definitely not up to par.
I don’t remember the last time I went to a Dickie’s, but after today I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Located on the corner lot with a decent amount of parking. Enjoyed the deal of the day, but seemed I should’ve ordered the 3 meat combo. I did try the spicy cheddar hot link, but I also want to try their polish one. Tables were clean and it was pretty quiet at lunch time. Looks like they serve beer as well.
Food is complete inedible, whatever brine solution they are using has way too much sodium. As you chew any piece of meat, you begin to lose the ability to swallow, as it gets saltier with every bite. Potato salad taste like smart N finals potatoe salad. Reminds me of that Simpson episode where all the food is made by the same meat. s s gross.

What can I say, Stopped in at lunch time, and the place wasn't busy at all, but all the tables were filthy. The guy behind the counter was rude as heck. No hello, no thank you, just there hating his life. The food wasn't too bad, just atrociously expensive for what we get. Won't be stopping by this Dickies again!
Came an hour before closing. They took my order wrong. Didn't charge me for some items I ordered. The brisket chili fries had no brisket. They didn't ask me what sauce I wanted. My slider had crushed bread and only 1 tiny piece of brisket. What a waste of my money. Will never come here again.
This restaurant is no joke. If there's a chance they can get your order wrong, they definitely will. I've been here several times, and they consistently forget to include the items I've ordered. I wouldn't recommend it at all. The quality and customer service are both terrible.
We tried the ribs, beef brisket, and pulled pork. Unfortunately, the pulled pork was served cold. However, the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were tasty. I really enjoyed the spicy BBQ sauce. Overall, it was a decent meal. We spent $60 for four people, which isn't too bad.

I'm black american and the cashier as well. Her attitude was dry, my order was wrong and the lid was not on my beans when she gave me the bag. If the biscuit still comes with the meal I didn't get that either.
Always a jam. Fella who rang us up was nice and brought our food to the car.
