We ordered through a 3rd party delivery company, and were missing an item when our order arrived. Upon calling Dickey's, the manager first apologized and asked if we wanted a refund of 50% of the item. No thank you, just a full refund of the $5.95 item we didn't receive. He agreed and hung up.
