I decided to go here yesterday for Dinning Under the stars, and yesterday decided to go by myself after work, and the customer service was HORRIBLE! They took forever to take my order, and didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink, and once my food was brought to me, I had to track them down for everything I needed, and when I was done, I had to again track down my server for the check..It seems as though they were only interested inservicing certain people, perhaps it may have been that they only want to serve larger groups..I have eaten several other restaurants on that strip, and never received the treatment I received here, so I will NEVER go to this particular restaurant again!!
Interesting to me, the two Dim Sum shops right next to each other. Where I grew up there are none! This is the first time I've had takeout from either place in Media, and this one didn't disappoint. I've had take out from Tom's Dim Sum in Philly, and I wanted to see if this location did it just as well. I ordered a wide variety of soup dumplings, three different hot appetizers, and two main dishes for takeout. First, all of it was packaged up very well. Everything stayed very hot with no messes on my trip home. My only concern was that the main dishes weren't labeled.. both were the same but one was spicy and the other wasn't.
We tried this restaurant after visiting our relatives in swarthmore college. The dishes were surprisingly good. The ding sum is also of quality. The place is spacious. soup is tasty. And to be honest, the price is very reasonable! Parking is easy . many places of trader joe's are right opposite the street. Parking: Easy to park Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenience. My husband and I absolutely adore Tom's Dim Sum! Our usual order consists of soup dumplings, General Tso's chicken, and scallion pancakes. The food is incredibly delicious. While the restaurant may be small, it is always tidy and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable and we enjoy dining there. The service is decent, nothing exceptional. We will definitely be returning.

This is the place to go if you are ever visiting Media, PA. My daughter and I frequent the restaurant, or we order delivery. The Dim Sum is exquisite. I absolutely love watching the footage of their culture while dining in. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
This restaurant is fantastic for dumplings and other Asian dishes. The food is served as soon as it's ready, and you can order more at any time. The prices are very reasonable for the generous portion sizes. The piggy buns are a delicious sweet treat that's not overly sweet.
