Not bad at all. This place has dim sum that you can watch them make fresh, unlike the multitude of other dimsum places that use frozen stuff shipped from China. By allowing you to see the kitchen, it also ensures cleanliness and hygiene. The seafood is fresh and tastes really good. Also, they ensure no MSG or pork fat in their food items, making them a healthier option that has no lack in flavour. Of course dining in the food court is not as comfortable as an actual restaurant. Surprised and satisfied. On our anniversary, i wanted to try dim sum, but we were past lunch hour on sundays and no-one seemed to open for us...the only option for us was to try Hong kong Dim Sum at this food court and that is how we found them. On our first time dining, we found the price was cheap, and the food was ok. And last night when I asked my hubby to choose a place for his Bday dinner, he suddenly was craving for dim sum. Casual Lung. What great find whilst wandering around in Northbridge, fast, efficient and friendly service delivering delicious, fresh, cooked to order food. My wife and I shared four dishes with rice and condiments $24 in my opinion excellent value for money and well worth a visit.
Ordered squid tentacles, prawn and pork steamed and fried dumplings at around I liked the steamed dumplings however the fried foods were just terrible. They were surely cooked in old and dirty cooking oil and looked like they were cooked twice...

Amazing food you just have to go. I definitely want to go back again soon. Very good prices set menu entrees mains desert was fantastic as got to try so many different types of food. Catered to needs as one friend was pescetarian. Love Bivouac
squid tentakeln, garnel and pork steamed and fried dumplings about 10 o'clock. I liked the steamed dumplings, but the fried foods were just terrible. they were safely cooked in old and dirty cooking oil and looked like they were cooked twice.

I was a little hesitant to dim the sum of a good dish, but was pleasantly surprised. well made dimming sum with fresh ingredients. the food dish itself was a bit much, but everything in a sufficient experience.

cheap, fast and tasty should be the kind and wise dim sum. in the food dish “the old Shanghai”. order the chili squid and black nativity black bean. both were exceptionally good!
A bit of a wait for our dim sum, so I expected it to be fresher than it seemed. Prawn dumplings were very good but the custard buns were a bit of a disappointment
