Din Ding Dumpling House

Their xiao long baos are cooked perfectly, with lots of soup and a deliciously thin skin. We ordered 2 of each type of XLB for our group of 4, which was way too much! I mistakenly ordered pork and shrimp dumplings thinking they were siu mai, but they were not. We could have done without them. We also ordered water spinach and green beans as appetizers, along with braised beef in a clay pot and combo chow mein. Again, we ordered too much food for 4 people, only finishing half and feeling stuffed! The green beans were wonderfully flavorful and spicy. I hear about this restaurant all the time so I can't believe I never noticed it next to Marina Grocery. I got the Spicy Brisket Noodle Soup and it was really good. The texture of the hand-pulled noodle is very appealing and so is the tenderness of the brisket. I was 9th in line on the waitlist and was seated in 15 minutes. Service is fast.

The food at this restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is charming as well. The fried rice was outstanding and the pan-fried noodles were delicious. The soup dumplings were a standout dish. Overall, I would give the food a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

great salt and pepper shrimp and great panfried dumplings. The sauteed pea greens are amazing and the chowmein style noodles were epic. you know when a noodle was freshly made and it was.Food: 5/5

This place is so good. It's where I take my wife to celebrate our anniversary, birthdays etc. It's just tasty, fresh and hot. Not complicated in any way, just great.
