Very nice hotel, quiet and quiet, close to Montpellier for activities. Very friendly staff. The SPA is very good too. The only downside: the service in the restaurant is a little “disjointed”. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, it's complicated to be served at the same time, you have to get up to find a waiter to take orders for the aperitif because they set up the dinner tables or serve, ...and then a mini concerns about grades. The first time dinners had been overcounted (we noticed this) and this time my husband who had a salad was charged for a false filet (not seen during payment). But we will return there because it is definitely a beautiful and pleasant place.
Il est fort dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur de la beauté du site et de sa restauration. Nous avons été obligé de réclamer le sel et poivre , un couteau à viande pour la totalité de la table, des cuillères pour le dessert, de l’eau , du pain, . Cela fait beaucoup pour un restaurant de cette catégorie . Le service a fini par disparaître a 15h ou nous avons été obligé de nous lever pour commander le café . Je vous conseille de remettre de l’ordre dans ce service qui a encore de la marge pour satisfaire les clients .
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their eye for detail and beauty is worth an A! The service and explanations shows that they love their food and are rightfuly proud of it. Very pleasant stay in this human-sized hotel (16 rooms) where it is good to relax. The setting is peaceful and pleasant. The service is perfect with attentive, smiling and available staff. I recommend the breakfast on site which is worth it. We will return there with great pleasure.
Nous connaissons le Disini et y sommes revenus avec plaisir. Un samedi midi, en terrasse, une vraie belle parenthèse . Les plats étaient délicieux avec des saveurs raffinées. Les desserts sont un plaisir tant au niveau visuel que gustatif. Un restaurant constant et de qualité.
beautiful restaurant and domain in castries, higher than most others in the opposite. the dining options are fresh and seasonal, the menu changes all year. simple French/Mediterranean kitchen with taste and good products. the prices are fair and the service is good.

the eating was fresh, the portions are tiny, which is exciting on the menu, quite the same tariff that is offered in most restaurants in France. the personal was nice, but had very little English, which is surprising in the resort hotel.
