I ordered three entrees, but the delivery took over an hour. When the food finally arrived, all three orders were incorrect. When I called to inquire, they explained that they had run out of the necessary ingredients but claimed what they sent was "close enough." Seriously? They didn’t even bother to inform us about this change. One of the orders contained an ingredient that could trigger an allergic reaction. To make matters worse, I was accused of lying, and they insisted that to get a refund, I would need to return the food along with a doctor's note. They are operating out of Texas BBQ. I will never go back again.
The delivery was the slowest I've ever experienced. My pizza arrived cold, which was really disappointing. Although it's listed on DoorDash, they don't actually use DoorDash drivers, so there's no way to know when your order will arrive. Today, the food was 30 minutes late after the estimated time, and everything was cold by the time it got to me. Waiting 90 minutes for a restaurant that's only 10 minutes away is just unacceptable.

If the delivery turns out to be incorrect, you're often told that you made the mistake, and then they hang up on you. It's disappointing that the owner doesn't seem to care about this problem. I would recommend going elsewhere.
I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. Let me simplify it: the crust is soft with a nice crunch, the sauce is perfectly balanced without being overly sweet, and the cheese is just the right amount—there's no excess oil ruining the slice. It’s just great pizza. You should definitely stop by and enjoy a slice or five. I’ll share my thoughts on the eggplant parm once I’ve tried it!

I received the wrong order (incorrect pasta, wrong sauce, etc.), and when I called to request a correct order or a refund, the manager informed me that they were out of the ingredients needed to fulfill my original request and that what I received was “close enough.” It’s disappointing to see such poor service with the new management after years of supporting the previous ownership.
The pizza is overly saturated with sauces, and the service is very disappointing. The restaurant was much better under the previous owners.

This guy charged me for 1 large pizza and garlic nots $32+ and refused to tell me how. Very bad service will never go back.
