In one visit my stomach traveled all the way to my hometown in spirit. As a Gaspesian I miss Dixie Lee all the time, it's always the first stop when going home. This was like going home. Alain was friendly and entertaining, as we Gaspesians tend to be. Will visit again, and HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who loves good food and country style hospitality!
The chicken was dry, overcooked, or perhaps had been sitting out for a while. It definitely wasn't worth the high price of $63 for just 12 pieces. This has happened a few times now, and I have found it to be less than satisfactory.
Simple moist fried chicken. Fried to order and worth the wait. They also have fish and chips. Worth a stop or drive to try it out nothing fancy but good fried chicken.
