First time coming here for breakfast and would not come back. Food was ok, I liked the hash browns but the eggs and toast were cold. Not sure how our food was cold, because there were only 2-3 tables of customers, it was not busy. The beans were full of fatty sausage pieces. I was surprised when I got the bill and there was an up charge for rye toast and the “side” of baked beans were $5 each instead of $0.99. I was told most restaurants up charge for rye toast, which I have never experienced (I usually go to Scott’s family restaurant and sunset grill) The server should’ve communicated this, as it isn’t listed on the menu. We went as a group of 12 this past Saturday, the waitress was absolutely amazing. There was a bit of wait for food but that’s to be expected esp when you drop a large group on them. I called ahead to see if it was ok for a large number and they said of course. We got there and they already had a big section ready for us. My kids all love it there, staff and food falls nothing short of amazing. We will be back with the same large group and possibly more for my next child’s bday (June)
We were the only customers at the time. The soup was delicious; the service was excellent; the chicken was moist and juicy; the ribs fell off the bone, they were so tender. Even the coffee was good, and it came in a bottomless cup (so be careful how you pick it up! . The only negative were the metal chairs and the wooden bench seats. My friend and I came here for dinner and it was a great first visit. We had Macie as our waitress and she was lovely. Food was great too. My friend had the mac n cheese and I had the burger with fries and gravy. We also shared the nachos together as well. Dining in had a nice cozy vibe to it. We will definitely be back! waited 30 mins just to have our orders taken and an additional hour waiting for food that never got served. The waitress even mentioned it to the cooks and still had to wait more than 15 mins after. This past Sat we finally went for their Breakfast buffet everything was delicious! We had the Pleasure of meeting the Manager Misty who was also serving everyone, overall it was was a great experience can't wait to go again! The next 1 falls on my bday I'll be there! The Mac and cheese is crazy good. The meat in the club sandwich was 10/10, smoky and flavorful. Loved the wings, try the Kansas city sweet and sticky!!! Highly recommend it, also the hostess is amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
