What a fantastic store! Such a great selection on product. I was sad when I moved away from a big city when I thought I would not have access to a oil and vinegar store. Imagine my delight when I found this little gem tucked inside Pybus! Not only is there so much to taste and try but the manager, Melanie, goes above and beyond to make sure each person is happy AND she definitely knows what pairs well with everything! She make the your time there an experience! 10/10 recommend!

I could spend all day here tasting all of the different combinations of oils and vinegars. I just love getting home with my latest taste sensations and making yummy food! They have a little something for everyone, chocolates, candies, novelties, and more!

It was fantastic to taste some of the amazing selection of excellent olive oils and balsamic vinegars.Bruce's passion and depth of knowledge about his products elevated our experience and made it truly memorable.

We tasted 'TRUFF ' Hot sauce and immediately fell in love with it 's sweet and spicy flavor.
