Quiet and relaxing stay in the countryside in the middle of animals. We enjoyed the kindness of our guests, generous and welcoming, Henry, his wife and daughter are wonderful people. Looking at some rather disturbing opinions, we hesitated but we are delighted to have trusted our instincts. Frankly to do for a total change and a return to nature more than a repairer. We came the previous year with in return a very good feeling on this restaurant, this year again of passage to Forcalquier we came back for dinner and our first impression remains unchanged, the quality and the mastery of dishes and always at the rendezvous without forgetting the kindness of the mistress of the place We will return with great pleasure
A restaurant I highly recommend. The service is discreet, very effective and always attentive. With regard to l.assiette, it is exquisite, well presented and we can see that there is a lot of research for the association of flavors. Very good reception, finesse, flavors, search and colors in the plate with good products. Walk nearby with your children to see animals, bleeds, deer, buffalo and many others.
