I placed a catering order over the phone on June 24 for pickup on July 3 and paid in full by credit card. I even called earlier on July 3 to confirm the order was paid for and to let them know someone else would be picking it up, which I was told was fine. The person picking up the order said it was no problem—she just needed to give my name. However, when my daughter arrived at the catering pickup counter and gave my name, Vinny became very aggressive and demanded to see an order ticket. We used Dominick's Deli to cater our elders' 50th anniversary celebration this past weekend. Dominick was very helpful in helping us choose the menu items when placing the order. He was a nice man. The food was brought in and set up for us, and everyone enjoyed eating. The food was amazing, there was plenty of it, and it was offered at a great price for the generous portions. People are absolutely obsessed with the deli's honey-dipped chicken fingers. The lines are always long, but it's worth it for their delicious heroes and salads. The only drawback is the slightly aggressive staff, who seem to be always in a rush. Not everyone knows how to order the chicken fingers in different sizes. Overall, it's a great spot for salads, sandwiches, and chicken fingers.
I’ve frequently had food from Dominick’s Deli at parties, and while it’s always been tasty, it’s consistently been very good to exceptionally good for large gatherings. What really stands out are the amazing chicken fingers paired with their perfectly made honey mustard sauce. I absolutely love them and tend to eat way more than I should!
