I ordered two deep dish pizzas last week from this restaurant. I have been working in Loughborough for 6 months and have been staying nearby, so I would have been a regular customer. Unfortunately, the dough on the pizzas was raw last week, so I decided to try a thin crust pizza this week. They had a two for one offer, but I only wanted one since I was dining alone. However, the thin crust pizza was also raw and had hardly any toppings. When I complained, the staff member was rude and claimed that all the toppings were under the cheese. I took matters into my own hands and used a fork to remove the cheese, only to find raw dough with no toppings. The staff member then told me to go get pizza...
ordered extra chicken on hawaiin pizza, tastied strange and left horrible fusty tasty in my mouth. Ordered apple pie for dessert, when taken out of cardboard box it had a chip stuck to it! Needless to say I didn't eat it. Rang the shop to complain but whoever was on the phone had such a strong accent I could not understand him even after asking him to repeat himself and speak slower. I was so fed up and still had a horrible taste in my mouth from pizza, I said I would report this on monday to the relevant agency. Awful, never again , will never recommend.
Not sure why so many people give this such bad reviews We’ve ordered from here a few times and always been good Can take a while to arrive but always been good (this is the reason the review is 4 not 5) Very large selection of food including pasta which the wife has had and said is really nice, unusual for a pizza kebab shop, but hey if it’s good it’s good No complaints
Upon arrival, the food appeared fine and tasted fine initially. However, when we began eating the wings, we discovered they were raw in the center. Unfortunately, we all experienced upset stomachs and nausea the following day. Additionally, the food was delivered 45 minutes late. Due to these issues, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Absolutely disgusting! I was served up a raw chicken burger, and kebab meats that was like eating stones. It made me very ill and I was vomiting. Even the thoughts of it now are making me sick. I brought the food back in after tasting it and I was told that I was wrong. Absolutely disgusting. The worst place I have ever been to for fast food.
Absolutely disgusting food gave me food poisoning with equally poor customer service as when I phoned up to discuss this with them they tried to make out I was lying I’ve since reported them to environmental Heath avoid at all cost don’t risk your health they should be closed down
I ordered three pieces of chicken, along with chips and donner meat. My order arrived within half an hour. The food tasted good and was enjoyable, although the donner kebab meat wasn't the best, it was still fine. Thank you.
All food was so soggy and undercooked and there was jalapeno bites and mozzarella bites all crammed in one box with a few stray soggy chips. I'm amazed these are aloud to serve food it was that bad.

Great friendly guy behind the counter however the food was not good, my pizza was poor lacked cheese and good ingredients, and the string fries were very poor and cold my the time I got home.
our food was late by an hour! Not happy at all won’t be coming back again. When rang wasn’t very helpful at all.
