Domino's (durham Rd)

This review comes from a former manager of Dominos. I worked for Dominos from 1997 to 2009 and I can be super critical of orders that I had from a Domino since I ran 5 star locations that were bigger (I had numerous record weeks that averaged $15,000 to $25,000 sales week in Chester County). I ordered from this place of Durham Rd today, as it is closest to my sister-in-law. I used the online $5.99 mix and match deal. We ordered a medium-sized, handmade pizza, light sauce. Half level, half peperoni and mushrooms with a side order of Cheesybread. I ordered at 13:00. It was done at 1:28. We wanted to pick up the order. Just a gentleman in business, but he was super polite and helped us quickly....

We ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:19 on Thursday night. We got a 30-40-minute window. At 7:00 they were still in the oven. We called and said it was at least 25 minutes. You have already instructed the card to order so that we waited for our pizza in the Limbus. The pizza comes at 7:36. with the driver said she thought our address was in the parkland, it clearly stated longhorne). At any rate, we'll type $4) and go to dedicate our pizza. His RAW! The cheese is melted, the sauce is warm, the dough is actually raw, cold spots and all. It's not the first time, but surely it's the last. I very much propose to order from a local pizza shop against this franchise, which apparently cannot cook pizza...

Disgusting. The pizza was only partly cooked, super teig and sloppy. My wife did the tracking thing online and noticed that it went through the quality control area twice and then when she checked again it showed as prepared. I had no idea what they did there, but my wife was surprised by the quality due to the reviews, but she wanted to give them the advantage of doubt. The pizza was so soft and rough that I had a slice and my wife tried one and she took a bite and threw it away. Huge. Serious excuse for pizza.

I can only speak to pickup orders?staff is always conscientious, and food waiting for me is kept warm (or cool, as appropriate) without drying out. I appreciate a place that knows not to put salads and dressing under the warmer! It?s the little things; we?re loyal customers.

They were super busy tonight, but our order was taken away, we drove our friend home after the operation from the hospital. She just wanted a pizza after she hadn't eaten the last 24 hours. It meant so much to her that she so beautiful and nursing!!! Thank you.
