I attempted to call the Rocky Point Domino's today, June 11, 2023, multiple times until 12:15 PM, but no one picked up. I even tried placing my order online, but that didn’t work either. Finally, at 12:40 PM, a woman answered the phone and greeted me in a casual manner, as if I were calling her at home. After this experience, I will never order from Rocky Point Domino's again. They deserve a zero rating. I hope the owner sees this message. I’ll make sure to share my experience with others—it's best to avoid ordering from Rocky Point Domino's!
The experience was absolutely terrible. I live less than two minutes away from the restaurant and specified in the notes that I needed change for a $100 bill. They called me to inform me that they didn't have any change. When I asked if it was that they couldn't provide change or simply wouldn't send their driver with it, they replied, "Well, our drivers aren't allowed to carry more than $20." At that point, I decided to cancel my order.
We just moved to Sound Beach and first time ordering from this location..When the order was delivered , they gave me the Wrong order. So I called them and let them know, they were very sorry and sent me the correct order quickly !! Thank you so much! I’ve been ordering from this Domino's for years, and they have never disappointed me. I thought it was time to leave a review. The food is always hot and fresh (though I usually pick it up myself). I have never had a bad experience from this Domino's shop, the employees are always so nice and friendly, even late at night. Working late shifts isn't easy, so I commend the workers for their hard work!! Thank you for your service!

I absolutely love this domino's on how punctual they always are and the friendly staff is always helpful! Of course 5+ stars on the pizza.
